About GloWild
No. GloWild only runs on select nights throughout the season, visit the hours & pricing page for the full list of dates. The event is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
GloWild opens at 5:00 PM, and you’re welcome to arrive anytime between 5:00 and 8:30 PM. The grounds close at 9:00 PM, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the full experience.
No! If a date appears grayed out when purchasing tickets online, it does not mean GloWild is sold out. It simply means GloWild is not operating that night.
Tickets are only available for select nights when GloWild is open. Please choose an available date to purchase tickets.

GloWild is a special after-hours experience where the lanterns take center stage, so the entire Zoo is not open during the event. Guests will follow a designated GloWild route filled with dazzling lantern displays, interactive areas, photo opportunities and more along the way.
Many of our animals are resting for the evening after a full day, and some animal areas and pathways will be closed. We encourage you to enjoy GloWild for what makes it special—a chance to experience the Zoo and discover nature in a whole new light!
Most guests spend about 1.5 to 3 hours exploring GloWild, but the experience is really what you make of it! Take your time wandering the dazzling lantern trails, enjoy interactive areas, food stops, photo opportunities and more along the way.
Yes! As one of the Zoo’s signature annual fundraisers, the award-winning GloWild benefits the Arkansas Zoological Foundation and the Little Rock Zoo. Every visit helps raise important funds that support exceptional animal care, conservation programs, educational experiences, and a brighter future for wildlife right here at the Little Rock Zoo.

Children 2 and under are free. Everyone age 3+ needs a ticket.
Yes! Tickets are available online or at the door.
Yes, GloWild tickets are valid any night the event is open.
To Change Your Ticket to Another Available Night: Go to the Tickets in your Eventbrite account, choose your order, and select Change ticket. Then choose Change event or date to change to a different date hosted by the the Little Rock Zoo/Arkansas Zoological Foundation.
Start with a Family 4-Pack for your first four guests (ages 3+), then simply add individual tickets for each additional guest. This allows you to take advantage of the Family 4-Pack savings while making sure everyone in your group has a ticket to GloWild. Children ages 2 and under are free!
If your group has fewer than four guests, simply purchase individual tickets for each guest ages 3 and older. Children ages 2 and under are free!
No. GloWild is a separately ticketed, after-hours event, and GloWild tickets do not include daytime Zoo admission. If you’d like to visit the Zoo during regular operating hours and return for GloWild that evening, separate admission is required for each experience.
GloWild tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your tickets to another available GloWild night during the season.
Membership & Discounts
GloWild is a separately ticketed, after-hours fundraising event, so admission is not included with regular Zoo Membership. However, current Little Rock Zoo Members receive exclusive discounted GloWild ticket pricing as a special Member benefit.
Membership will be verified at the entrance, so be sure to bring your Member ID, photo ID and GloWild tickets for the quickest check-in experience.
Member pricing is exclusively for current Zoo Members. Members are eligible for discounted GloWild tickets for each qualifying Member (age 3+) included on their Membership.

Yes. SNAP/EBT recipients are eligible for discounted GloWild admission at the gate only. To receive the discount, guests must present a verifiable SNAP/EBT card along with a matching, valid state-issued photo ID at the time of purchase.
The SNAP/EBT discount cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets or online orders. All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for discounts requested after purchase.
Military and Senior discounts are not available for GloWild. As one of the Zoo’s signature annual fundraisers, discounts for this special event are limited.
Current Zoo Members receive exclusive discounted pricing, and Family 4-Packs offer additional savings. Eligible SNAP/EBT recipients may also purchase discounted tickets at the gate with required verification.
Yes. Groups of 50 or more are eligible for a bulk discount. Please email Zooevents@littlerock.gov for details.
Planning Your Visit
Yes, you’re more than welcome to enjoy both experiences in the same day! However, all guests must exit the Zoo when it closes at 4:00 PM so our team can prepare for the event. GloWild opens at 5:00 PM, and you may re-enter at that time with your GloWild tickets. Please note that there is no combined day/night pass, so daytime admission and GloWild admission must be purchased separately.
While there is no combined day/night pass, you’re more than welcome to enjoy both experiences on the same day! Daytime Zoo admission and GloWild admission are separate, so tickets must be purchased for each experience.

Yes! Food and beverages will be available for purchase at select locations throughout GloWild. Be sure to look for special seasonal treats available only during GloWild to add a little extra flavor to your night! Offerings and locations may vary by event night.
Yes! Strollers, wheelchairs, and electric mobility scooters are available to rent at the Gift Shop on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited, so we recommend arriving early if you plan to rent one.
Yes! Strollers and wagons are welcome at GloWild. For everyone’s safety, bicycles, scooters, and other recreational wheeled devices are not permitted inside the Zoo.
Yes! Train and carousel rides will be available during GloWild, weather permitting. Rides are $3 per person or $2 for current Zoo Members.
Weather
Yes! GloWild shines on—rain or moon glow! The event continues during normal rain, so dress for the weather and bring an umbrella or rain jacket if needed. Rain checks are not available.
Worried about the forecast? Your GloWild tickets are valid for any night the event is open until they are scanned for entry, giving you the flexibility to choose another available night.
In the unlikely event that severe weather makes it unsafe to proceed, updates will be shared on our website and social media channels, and important event updates will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
