Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Little Rock Zoo. Take a look at the variety of fun and engaging ways to get involved.
From providing interpretive opportunities for guests to handling animals for school groups and many other enjoyable activities, docents help to further the Zoo’s educational mission.
This exciting program is for kids 12-18yrs of age that are interested in making a difference with the Zoo’s conservation efforts.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the many special events hosted at the Zoo such as Wild Wines, Zoo Brew and Boo at the Zoo. Volunteers assist with day-of set-up and teardown, serving, guest check-in and other functions. Volunteers also make decorations for events prior to the event date. On the day of the event volunteers for Wild Wines and Zoo Brew must be at least 21 years of age. Special Event/Zoo Crew volunteers often interact with the public.
Ranked as one of the top charity events in the state, Wild Wines has multiple volunteer opportunities available. On the day of the event, volunteers for Wild Wines must be at least 21 years of age.
