Our behind-the-scenes tours invite you to step into the hidden world of animal care, where you’ll connect with wildlife like never before. From playful penguins to majestic sloth bears, every tour offers an unforgettable experience guided by our expert staff.
Tour Details:
- Reservation Required: Limited spaces ensure a personalized experience, so book in advance!
- Zoo Admission Included: Enjoy all-day access to explore the Zoo before or after your tour.
- Tour Length: Each experience lasts approximately 30 minutes.
- Age Requirement: Available to guests ages 8 and up. Participants under 12 must be registered with a participating adult.
- Group Size: Due to limited space behind the scenes each experience is limited to a certain number of participants, please keep this in mind while booking.
- Most tours accommodate up to 6 guests, with only one family or group per booking. The Sloth Bear experience is limited to 4 guests.
- Safety First: Close-toed shoes are required for all participants.
