We are celebrating World Gorilla Day at the Little Rock Zoo!  

Did you know that as largest of the primate species, gorillas rank amongst the most recognized and the most endangered species in the world?  Did you know the gorilla's lifespan can be up to 50 to 60 years in care? 

Join us September 24th to celebrate gorillas, one of the most endangered species in the world. Visit our awareness table from 9-12 at Great Apes to participate in activities and learn something new!

Don't forget to bring your old cellphones to recycle with ECO-CELL to help us raise funds for gorilla conservation and reduce the demand for mining that threatens gorillas.
